Our methodology of programming is centered around strength. Our programming is designed with hunting in mind. Namely, big game, fall time, on the backside of a mountain... for days, type hunting.
Here’s the thing: if you can’t haul your pack at an incline while stepping over deadfall or crossing a boulder field, or if you can’t physically stand up with your pack while it’s got 80 or so pounds of raw meat inside of it, what the hell is the point of going out at all? We want you to be strong first. And, yeah, you'll probably need a smidge of cardiovascular and muscular endurance… and, let’s face it: a bit mental toughness. You’ll get all of that following what we throw at you each week.
Remote programming is delivered by TrueCoach, with both a PC site and mobile application that displays our programming interactively, TrueCoach includes movement demo videos and allows tracking for your convenience to train from anywhere YOU are.
